When you interact with real estate agents through our Website, please note that we do not act as a real estate agency. Our service allows agents and builders to market and promote their properties, and for you to view property details and other content that we host and develop. The agents and third parties are solely responsible for preparing the property details and handling enquiries from you. We only facilitate introductions between you and the relevant agent when you enquire about a property. We do not participate in any further communications between you and the agents or take any part in the transaction.

The property details are hosted by us in good faith, but they are produced by the agents, builders and/or third parties and have not been verified by us. Therefore, you are responsible for making your own enquiries and verifying the accuracy and completeness of any information contained within the details. Before committing to any purchase, you should instruct a surveyor and/or obtain legal advice. Additionally, you should act in good faith towards any other parties involved.

You represent and warrant that your use of the Website will comply at all times with these Terms of Use and any other relevant terms that may apply to you, including all amendments and revisions to these terms

Limitation of our liability for loss or damage suffered by you
