Guaranteed Income & Rental Pool Investment Program
A convenient and reliable sublease investment program is offered under professional property management for up to 15 years. The participation term may be adjusted upon the owner's request, but it is not guaranteed.
The program consists of two phases:
During the first 5 years, a guaranteed rental income of 6% per annum is provided.
For the following 10 years, the unit is included in a Rental Pool system: 80% of the net rental profit is allocated to the owner, and 20% is retained by the management company.
Usage rights:The owner retains the right to occupy the unit:
up to 15 days during the high season (November – April)
up to 30 days during the low season (May – October)
