Jomtien is a peaceful and cozy area located south of Pattaya's city center, known for its long sandy beach, well-developed tourist infrastructure, and more relaxed pace of life. Unlike the bustling city center, the atmosphere here is laid-back, making it popular among families, snowbirds, and expats. Jomtien also attracts water sports enthusiasts, such as those interested in kitesurfing and windsurfing.

Jomtien is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes by car from Pattaya city center. The area has a well-developed transport system, with songthaews, taxis, and rental scooters and cars readily available. Suvarnabhumi International Airport is about a 1.5-hour drive away. Additionally, it's easy to access the highway leading to Bangkok and other cities from Jomtien.
