July 2025 Sees Key Progress in Second Phase of Construction Project
In July 2025, the second section of the construction project achieved significant progress, underscoring a confident path toward completion. Foundation work is nearly finished, with 45 piles installed to provide a solid base for the building. Additionally, 30 cubic meters of concrete were poured to reinforce retaining walls, ensuring stability on the construction site.
Robust concrete supports have been constructed, including 270 cubic meters of formwork and 27 columns, preparing the framework for upcoming stages. A large foundation slab of 160 cubic meters has also been poured, serving as the base for the first floor.
Substantial advancement was made at the underground level, where 60 cubic meters of concrete were used for support columns and walls, supplemented by 100 cubic meters poured for ceiling slabs. These efforts strengthen the underground structure and set a firm foundation for vertical development.
In the infrastructure domain, three septic tanks were installed to enhance the water treatment system on site. A notable development was the erection of a tower crane, which will accelerate work pace and expand capabilities for tasks at greater heights.
These accomplishments highlight a stable and strategically planned progress in the second section of construction, providing promising prospects for the next phases of the project.
