I’m with a Client Mode

The “I’m with a Client” Mode is a tool for safely demonstrating properties to clients directly inside the Alnair interface.

It helps you hide unnecessary or sensitive data and leave only the information that is relevant and useful to the client at the moment of presentation.


Why the “I’m with a Client” Mode is Needed

To show the client only the information they should see.

When You Should Use the Mode

  • You are sharing your screen with a client

  • You are conducting a Zoom/WhatsApp/Meet call

  • You are showing a property during an in-person meeting

  • You are sending the client a link to a property

  • You want to hide details that may confuse the client

  • You have a cold lead, and it’s too early to show the full information

You Control the Visibility of Every Block:

  • project name

  • photos

  • description

  • prices

  • statuses

  • unit numbers

  • payment plans

  • developer

  • construction progress

  • broker commissions

  • agent promotions

  • DLD transactions

This helps you create a clear, neat, and focused presentation of the property.

Hide Sensitive Information

Some data should not be shown to clients:

  • broker bonuses and commissions

  • internal notes

  • DLD transactions

  • internal service elements

The “I’m with a Client” mode hides all of this with one switch.

How This Mode Relates to White Label

And Why Both Modes Are Needed

White Label and “I’m with a Client” complement each other, but they do completely different things.

What White Label Does

White Label mode:

  • hides the Alnair domain,

  • hides the Alnair brand,

  • shows the platform under your agency’s brand.

In other words, the client sees the service as if it were your own website.
White Label works at the level of:

  • the domain,

  • logos,

  • interface,

  • appearance.

It is the “shell”, the external look of the service.

What the “I’m with a Client” Mode Does

This mode does not hide the domain, but it manages the content inside the interface.

It allows you to select which information blocks are visible to the client.

It is a presentation mode:

  • hide,

  • show,

  • control the amount of information.

Why They Work Better Together

A simple example:

White Label

The client sees the service under your agency’s brand →
they don’t know about Alnair and don’t notice the platform at all.

“I’m with a Client”

The client sees only the information blocks you choose →
commissions, transactions, and unnecessary details are hidden.

Together You Get:

A fully controlled, beautiful, and safe presentation of the property.

What the “I’m with a Client” Mode Does Not Affect

Very important:
The mode does NOT affect PDFs.

It does not change:

  • PDF presentations,

  • downloadable selections,

  • exported documents.

PDFs follow their own rules, and their content does not change when the mode is enabled.

The mode affects only the interface of the service.

Where to Enable the Mode

On the Website (desktop)

There is an “I’m with a Client” switch in the top menu.

In the Dashboard (desktop + mobile)
